The product comes with a cap which needs to be removed. The product channels ( in this case power bond is packaged in a 2:1 dual cartridge ) are protected by a plug which must be removed.
The plug can be removed with pliers. After removal of the plug make sure there is no obstruction to ether channel.. Insert the cartridge into the gun and dispense a little of the product to make sure approximately a 2:1 ratio of material is coming out. Then put the proper mixing tip onto the cartridge dispense and discard the first inch or so making sure there is a uniformly colored bead.
