Rust Armour likes to stick to uniformly rusted surfaces where it binds with the rust. Loose rust is first removed then the Rust Armour can be applied to the uniformly rusted surface. On new metal surfaces or surfaces with both rusty and smooth sections, Pre treat the metal with Rust Converter art 0893110 first then apply the Rust Armour over the Rust Converter.
