Wurth USA does not have black colored version of the Rust Stop Primer.
The Rust Stop Primer can be painted over.
Alternatively, Steel surfaces can be treated with Rust Converter, then primed and painted. Rust converter turns the iron in the steel black which help prevent rust from traveling under the painted surface.
