The Wurth Fix all is a two part epoxy where as the plastic weld repair kit is a cyanoacrylate adhesive.
normally two part epoxy will in general have a higher tensile strength however this strength depends upon the substrate which is being bonded. the strength will be higher for metal while plastics will generally be lower depending on the type of plastic.
2 part epoxy is not good on clear acrylic plastic and also some low energy surfaces such as PE and PTFE for examples. The Wurth Fix All is very good on SMC ( bumper repair ) it is used with nylon reinforcement tape on the back side of the repair. Replast is used on the front side of the repair as a fill in which is sanded and painted over.
The Plastic Weld Kit would be a better choice for acrylic plastic, but will work on a variety of substrates as well.
Wurth Products are professional use only it is up to the professional to decide if the Wurth Product is correct for their application and method of application. Product testing is advised.
