It can be done
I have to advise that Wurth Chemical Products are professional use only. It is up to the professional to decide if the Wurth product is correct for their application and method of application. Product testing is advised.
I would test your application method ( paint window and distance to target) first before working on the project.
If the base coat (solvent based ) is fresh the clear coat would need to be applied within 20 minutes.. Otherwise the base coat would have to dry and it would need to be dulled (1000 to 1500 grit ) prior to top coating with clear coat in order to give the clear coat something to bite into.
